I just got back from a 5 night stay at the Radisson Blu and have to say the stay was fantastic. I was visiting my daughter who studying in IK from the US. The location is just around the corner from the underground, the breakfast buffet delicious and walking distance to museums. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and provided an excellent stay. I would have given it a 10 in all areas except for the service in the dining area at breakfast was not always 100%. It had nothing to do with the actual staff but had to do with large travel groups eating at the same time. The dining staff tried to be accommodating by sitting some in the bar area. Which left them trying to service too many at the same time. Obviously they needed to get the groups in and out in a timely fashion so the groups could get on to their tour. I’m not sure how to alleviate this. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location with easy access to transportation. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's restaurant offered a unique and enjoyable dining experience, unlike the typical hotel fare. I was so impressed with my stay that I have already booked another trip and am eagerly looking forward to returning.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more. Couldn't recommend more this hotel.
