Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington

It has marvellous position to most places.

Excellent base for discovering London.

So glad we choose it, it's great place for staying in London.

Friendly and courteous staff. Hotel has excellent location, bus and subway are very fast to reach. Very close to the National History Museum

Based on the pictures and the price we would have expected more in terms of the room furnishings and equipment.

Excellent stay for royal Albert hall visit. Fairly clean, classy hotel with pleasant and attentive staff. Amazing food options. Stunning central location, right by Royal Albert Hall as well as bars, restaurants and museums. Nearby Olives Restaurant and Bar...  

I just got back from a 5 night stay at the Radisson Blu and have to say the stay was fantastic. I was visiting my daughter who studying in IK from the US. The location is just around the corner from the underground, the breakfast buffet delicious and walking distance to museums. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and provided an excellent stay. I would have given it a 10 in all areas except for the service in the dining area at breakfast was not always 100%. It had nothing to do with the actual staff but had to do with large travel groups eating at the same time. The dining staff tried to be accommodating by sitting some in the bar area. Which left them trying to service too many at the same time. Obviously they needed to get the groups in and out in a timely fashion so the groups could get on to their tour. I'm not sure how to alleviate this. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel and adjacent restaurant.

Music in the restaurant too loud.

Small rooms, but very large comfortable beds. There's nothing missing in the rooms. Everything's very clean. Come back next time!

The location

The atmosphere at breakfast, hectic and uncomfortable.

The breakfast is very good!! The room is also great. Beds are excellent!

Room rather small

We appreciated the hotel and would book again. The breakfast with pain au chocolat ready to lift and tea or coffee, as for instance was gorgeous and absolutely fantastic, had so much to choose from. The location very close...  

We were only there for one night but we were helped in and out with the pushchair and the staff were really nice.

It old hotel. If you like anitqu you will enjoiy it. Neer tub station. The rooms are small as it is very old building.

The location directly next to the subway station Gloucester Road is impressive. The hotel is very nicely renovated. Breakfast is neat.

The reception was partially overwhelmed. Long waits. The rooms and bathrooms are chic, but - as almost always in London - for a hotel this requirement is very small (we had a "deluxe room").

Location is excellent just around corner from Gloucester Road tube station. This gives very easy access to/from Heathrow. Staff were very helpful at check in and room was ready when I arrived at 10.00am on a Saturday morning....
